 Ulrick brings a rare mix of deep operational experience and innovation foresight. He has served as CEO, investor, and board advisor across sectors including fintech, enterprise software, and energy. As the former President of Mexico’s Entrepreneurship Association (ASEM) and a serial entrepreneur, Ulrick knows how to scale ideas and systems. Juan Carlos is a specialist in family enterprise governance and long-term continuity. Chelsea is a seasoned impact investing advisor and connector of capital to meaning. With global experience in development finance, ESG, and policy, she previously worked with institutions such as the World Bank and strategic funds across Latin America. At PNURA Partners, Chelsea advises on values-aligned capital deployment, LP/GP structures, and supports global allocators entering the region with nuance and strategy.

Ramiro combines deep legal expertise with a sharp understanding of capital. With a background in private equity, venture capital, and complex financial structures, he advises on entity formation, art and alternative asset protection, and multi-jurisdictional planning.
